About our classes Our classes utilize the reformer & tower, Pilates stability chair, cardio trampoline, mat exercises and more!Our classes are designed to adequately challenge each individual and our team of experienced teachers can modify or level up exercises based on your unique needs.Don’t be surprised if your teacher adjusts your spring (resistance) or gives you individual attention.If you’re new to Pilates, don’t be afraid of the apparatus - Pilates equipment was designed not only to challenge but also to support.Feel free to chat with your teacher after class if you have any questions.Our classes are seriously addictive - consider this your warning!

Jensen Athletic Therapy
Brooke is an Athletic Therapist (AT) and Neuro-Reconditioning Practitioner (NRP) with over 20 years of experience in sport medicine, specializing in movement, recovery, and performance optimization.
A University of Alberta Varsity Therapist alum, Brooke has supported Pandas Basketball and Pandas Hockey, consulted with a Snowboard Canada Paralympic athlete, and currently serves as a member of the Canadian Pro Rodeo Sport Medicine Team.
She works within interdisciplinary sport medicine, chronic pain, and concussion clinics, collaborating closely with physicians and rehabilitation professionals to support athletes and active individuals of all levels.
Brooke brings a highly skilled, compassionate, and collaborative approach to care—helping clients move better, recover fully, and perform with confidence.
Kim is a registered Pelvic Health, Orthopedic, and Pediatric Physiotherapist with over a decade of experience treating clients in the Edmonton area.
She takes a holistic, evidence-based approach, combining detailed education, hands-on manual therapy, and functional exercise to empower clients to better understand and trust their bodies.
Her practice includes acupuncture, cupping, functional dry needling, and K-taping, with advanced training in pelvic health across pregnancy, pelvic pain, oncology, trauma-informed care, and pediatric bowel and bladder concerns. Kim is passionate about providing compassionate, individualized care and is excited to offer specialized pelvic health services locally in Beaumont.
