Services

Brooke’s approach begins with a comprehensive assessment to uncover the “why” behind your movement challenges — whether that’s pain, a recurring injury, or a performance limitation. Her treatment philosophy focuses on supporting what you can do while addressing what you can’t, using a blend of manual therapy, neuroscience, and individualized exercise programming. With a holistic perspective, she identifies and closes the gaps in movement patterns and strategies to help clients move with greater ease and confidence. Brooke’s one-on-one sessions are beneficial for new injuries, stubborn pain, ongoing stiffness, or those striving to reach a new personal best.
