We want you to feel empowered to choose what works best for your lifestyle—whether that means dropping in when you can or committing to a regular practice. Our goal is to provide clear, simple options that offer real value while supporting your long-term health, strength, and mindfulness. We offer a variety of options — Intro Sessions, Drop-Ins, Credit Passes, and One-Kind Passes — so you can choose what fits your flow.

MNDFL REFORMER

5-CLASS PACK

Five Reformer Pilates classes for movers who want flexible, pay-as-you-go access without a monthly commitment. Ideal for occasional attendance or supplementing an existing routine.

The MNDFL Reformer 5-Class Pack is designed for movers who want focused access to Reformer Pilates with maximum flexibility, without a monthly commitment.

This pack includes five Reformer Pilates classes, ideal for those attending occasionally, supplementing another movement practice, or exploring Reformer before committing to a membership.

MNDFL 8-CLASS MEMBERSHIP

Auto- Renew Monthly

Eight classes per month with access to all MNDFL offerings, including Reformer, Mat Pilates, and Barre. Perfect for consistent movers attending one to two times per week.

8 classes per month · $229/month

The MNDFL 8 Classes Membership is designed for movers who want consistency without overcommitting. It’s the perfect balance of flexibility, structure, and value — ideal for those moving 1–2 times per week.

This membership gives you access to all MNDFL classes, including Reformer, Mat Pilates, and Barre, with one class counting as one visit — no credit math required! 

How it works:

8 classes per month

Valid for all class types (Reformer, Mat, Barre)

Auto-renews monthly

Credits must be used within the month (no rollovers)

Best suited for steady, sustainable movement

This 8 class Membership rewards consistency while keeping things simple. If you’re showing up regularly but don’t need unlimited access, this is your go-to option.

5-CLASS PACK

Five Mat Pilates or Barre classes you can mix and match to build strength, tone, and endurance on your own schedule. A great option for flexible, non-committed training.

The MNDFL Mat + Barre 5-Class Pack is designed for movers who want flexible access to Mat Pilates and Barre without a monthly commitment.

This pack includes 10 session credits, which can be used for five Mat Pilates or Barre classes — mix and match based on your schedule and goals. It’s an ideal option for occasional attendance, cross-training, or supplementing another movement practice.

The MNDFL Unlimited Membership is designed for movers who want full access to MNDFL and plan to move three or more times per week. It’s the best value for consistent, committed members who want the freedom to attend classes without counting visits.

This membership provides unlimited access to all MNDFL classes, including Reformer, Mat Pilates, and Barre. One class equals one visit — no credits, no restrictions, no math.
