The MNDFL Ten membership: is an auto renew program for in-studio reformer, tower & stability chair small group sessions. This membership will auto renew when there are no sessions left on your account.

Private Training / Semi-Private Training 

Used for 1:1 Sessions / 1:2 Sessions

In-Studio private training rate: 

​

  • 1 HOUR Training Sessions: $90.00/ session for single sessions. We do have an option to purchase a 5 session pass for $375.00 (save $10.00/ private training session when you purchase a  bundle of 5)

  • 30 MINUTE Training Sessions: $45.00/ session

​

Semi- Private Training rate: 

​

  • $45.00/ session/ mover. There MUST be two clients booked for a semi-private session for it to run.

  • $35.00/ session is our drop-in rate OR session to session rate. 

    • Please note that is you have a membership and you would like to pick up another session (outside of your regular class time) you will pay your membership rate/ class.

  • If you are NEW to MNDFL we do have a few  introductory offers available to you

Virtual Sessions: 

​

  • $12.00/ virtual group session with 7-day access to the LIVE class recording
