At MNDFL, we know life isn’t one-size-fits-all. Some days you want the challenge of Reformer, other days you need the grounding of Mat, and sometimes Barre is exactly the energy boost you’re looking for. That’s why we use a credit-based system for our mover passes. Our credit memberships are designed to inspire you to explore all that MNDFL has to offer. Instead of classes competing with each other, our credit system allows every modality—Reformer, Mat, Barre, and beyond—to work together. The goal is to give you a well-rounded, elevated movement experience that supports your body in the best way possible.

Each class style is worth a set number of credits:
Reformer w/ Tower = 3 credits
Mat = 2 credits
