About our classes
Our classes utilize the reformer & tower, Pilates stability chair, cardio trampoline, mat exercises and more!
Our classes are designed to adequately challenge each individual and our team of experienced teachers can modify or level up exercises based on your unique needs.
Don’t be surprised if your teacher adjusts your spring (resistance) or gives you individual attention.
If you’re new to Pilates, don’t be afraid of the apparatus - Pilates equipment was designed not only to challenge but also to support.
Feel free to chat with your teacher after class if you have any questions.

Intro to Pilates
New to Pilates?
Our Introduction to Pilates class is the best place to begin your practice on or off the reformer.
This open-level class starts on the mat and then transitions to the reformer.
It runs at a slower pace, allowing you to build a strong foundation in the Pilates principles, proper alignment and core engagement.
Expect thoughtful instruction, personalized guidance and a supportive environment.


Reformer 1
Foundational Strength. Focused Support.
This class is perfect if you’re ready to build on your Pilates foundation while moving at a thoughtful, steady pace.
Whether you’re easing back in after an injury, working through a specific condition, or simply learning to trust your body again, Reformer 1 offers a safe, supportive space to grow stronger.
Expect mindful, low-to-medium intensity movement with a strong focus on alignment, control, and breath.
Your instructor will tailor the class to your individual needs.
This is where confidence builds, precision deepens, and strength begins—on your terms.
Reformer 2
Power, Precision, and Progression.
Reformer 2 is our MNDFL Movement experience—designed for those ready to level up.
Expect a more dynamic pace, increased resistance, and elevated movement patterns that challenge coordination, control, and full-body strength.
This class moves beyond the fundamentals, incorporating more intricate sequences and layered variations—all guided with the same personalized attention and expert cueing you’ve come to expect.
While the energy is higher, the focus on form and alignment remains at the core.
We recommend at least 20 Reformer 1 classes or prior Reformer experience before joining.
If you're ready to deepen your practice and explore your edge, this is where your next chapter begins.

Pilates PLUS
Creative Flow. Serious Challenge. Full Body Burn.
Pilates Plus is for the intermediate to advanced mover looking for variety, intensity, and a fresh take on classical foundations.
In this multi-apparatus class, you'll move between the Reformer, Pilates Chair, and a curated mix of props—designed to challenge strength, control, and endurance from every angle. Think of it as your evidence based, pilates inspired boot-camp!
Each class is uniquely crafted by your instructor, blending smart sequencing, creative formats, and space for special requests.
No two classes are exactly the same—but you can always expect thoughtful progressions, a good sweat, and the expert support you know and trust.

MNDFL Barre
Grace, Grit, and the Burn.
Barre is where strength meets precision—blending Pilates, ballet, and functional movement for a full-body burn that builds long, lean muscle and deep core stability.
Expect small, powerful movements, high reps, and intentional holds that challenge endurance, alignment, and control.
The pace is energizing, the form is everything, and the shake is real.
Layered for all levels, this class meets you where you are—whether you're just starting out or ready to level up.

Mat Pilates
Strength, Stability, and Flow.
Designed for all levels, this class meets you where you are while guiding you toward where you want to go.
Move with purpose on our studio-grade Pilates mats—crafted for comfort so supportive, it feels like you’re lying on pillows.
Each 45-minute session is a focused, full-body exploration of control, balance, and mindful movement.
Level 1 welcomes those new to the practice or returning to the mat with a focus on alignment and precision.
Level 2/Open offers a more dynamic rhythm, increased complexity, and opportunities to explore progression.
Wherever you start, each class is an invitation to move with clarity, build with intention, and deepen your connection to your body.

Core & Restore
Release, Realign, Restore.
Core & Restore is your active recovery ritual—a thoughtful blend of gentle core activation, mobility work, and deep release.
Designed to support strength training and daily movement, this class focuses on myofascial release, breath-led stretching, and mindful transitions that leave your body open, balanced, and recharged.
