COVID & Mask Update

I have continued my sanitization protocols.

There is currently a mask mandate in Alberta. With the increased numbers we will be going back to wearing masks in the studio.

When entering the studio please wear your mask, sanitize your hands and bring your personal belongings to your reformer. I will have baskets beside the reformers for you to keep your personal belongings during your sessions.

Studio sick policy/ COVID policy: If you become ill, start feeling unwell with any cold or flu like symptoms please refrain from coming to class and let Taylor know. There will be no charge for a late cancellation of a session for the reasons above. If it’s less than 24hrs prior to your session TEXT Taylor (780)267- 4715 as the APP will charge you a cancellation fee.

If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to me directly, I would love to chat!

October Movement Challenge!

The MNDFL 12 Minutes of Movement Challenge is a 31 day challenge that will last the full month of October 2021! Each morning in October a new 12 minutes of movement video will be made available for you to do at home, in the office or wherever & whenever you can fit it in! Similar to the 12 minutes of movement you see on my social media and website, I will guide you through approximately 6 exercises each day that will last a total of 12 minutes.

Goals of this Challenge:

1. Integrate more movement into your day

2. Deepen your mind body connection

3. Set a new routine

4. Lengthen and strengthen your muscle groups

5. Move in the comfort of your own home, when most convenient for you

Who can join in?

Anyone looking for motivation to set new routines and get moving at home this fall!

What will the exercises entail?

The exercises that will be included in the 12 minutes of movement will be low impact and include strengthening, lengthening and stabilizing aspects!

April 6, 2021

As you may have already been made aware the Government of Alberta has put us back into a phase one version of a lockdown.

What does this mean for MNDFL?

We can continue to run:

1- Groups from the SAME household

2- Private 1-1 training sessions

We have to pause:

1- All Group Sessions (people from different households)

2- All Semi-Private Sessions (people from different households)

What is next:

1- Effective tonight at midnight. ALL sessions with 2-3 people from different households are currently paused. This means that these groups WILL resume (at their current allotted times and dates) as soon as restrictions are lifted and it is safe to do so. Please be sure to clear up any outstanding session payments that have not yet been cleared. If you don’t know please reach out to me directly.

2- I will amp up my LIVE virtual at home session schedule for those that want to move with me during this lockdown. Every session can be booked via wellness living and will be $10.00/ session or you can buy a ten class virtual pass (for ease of booking- price doesn't change). Please refer to the schedule to book your LIVE sessions now.

3- If you are a part of a group of three and are interested in booking in for a private or group session w/ the same household please let me know, as there is now lot’s of time for 1-1 or same household sessions (while we are on pause).

4- If you are currently booked in for regular private/ semi-private sessions (from the same household), I will be reaching out directly as I may request an interim time change for your session...during this phase of the lockdown. This will allow me to condense the schedule to make for better flow and ease of transition in the studio. These new time slots will NOT be permanent, however would remain in effect until the end of phase one lockdown when groups can re-open. At that point your session time slot would return to the previously scheduled time (how it is now or previously discussed).

4- Due to the increase in cases/ variant cases I will be requiring clients to self affirm the COVID-19 ALBERTA HEALTH DAILY CHECKLIST.

  • If you respond YES to any of the questions or are NOT able to come to your in-person session, we can divert to a virtual session for that day/weeks so you do not have to cancel your-private / semi private if you don’t want.

January 30, 2021

OK so onward & baby steps upward …. Let’s continue moving together MNDFL family!

With yesterday's announcement of the AB Government planning to ease restrictions and allowing indoor fitness facilities to reopen, we want to clarify what that means. As of Mon, Feb 8th MNDFL Movement Studio is ONLY allowed to offer one-on-one sessions and group private sessions from the SAME household, no group exercise is permitted at this time.

Taylor will continue to offer our online mat based movement sessions through MNDFL virtual platform and MNDFL On Demand will be launching soon (providing access to over 50 classes online)!

If you'd like to book a Private One-on-One reformer Pilates session and/or a Private Group session from the same household, please do so via our website under: BOOK TRAINING
